Lead Paralegal

 

Daniela Martinez is a Lead Paralegal at The Dolan Law Firm. She has worked in the legal field for over 12 years, starting out as a file clerk and working her way up to paralegal. Her experience has been with work in the areas of personal injury, civil rights, and asbestos. Ms. Martinez has trial experience and has assisted in over 20 trials. In 2014, she assisted in a 3 week personal injury trial, resulting in a $3.2 million dollar verdict.

Daniela’s paralegal experience has included tasks as investigating facts, analyzing and organizing information, preparing reports, locating and interviewing witnesses, and preparing medical chronologies. She is also a highly efficient paralegal professional who is client focused with an ability to build strong relationships with clients. She has the ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure, dealing confidently with changing and conflicting priorities. Daniela has proven flexibility and adaptation to new information, skills or knowledge requirements such as e-file/e-serve.

Daniela presented at the 2014, 2015, and 2016 Consumer Attorneys of California’s (CAOC) convention for the Paralegal Workshop. She also presented at the 2016 Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles (CAALA) event for Paralegals/Legal Support Staff regarding Legal Research.  A member of CAALA since 2016 and CAOC’s Paralegal Program since 2012, Daniela actively works  to improve and build the program to assist other para-professionals advance their knowledge and skills as well as network within the profession.
