Casey Hultin is an attorney at the Dolan Law Firm practicing in all areas of civil litigation, with an emphasis on personal injury cases involving motor vehicle accidents, catastrophic injuries, wrongful death, premises liability, government liability. Casey has tried multiple cases as first chair in both state and federal court. Casey has successfully negotiated numerous seven figure settlements.
Casey originally practiced intellectual property, entertainment, and commercial litigation after graduating from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law in May 2014. She began focusing on personal injury litigation in 2017 and has never looked back, strongly preferring the pursuit of justice for individuals instead of corporations. Casey is a 2019 graduate of Gerry Spence’s Trial Lawyers College and is an active member of the Consumer Attorneys of California (CAOC) and the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles (CAALA).
Casey is a life-long citizen of Raider Nation and a karaoke league competitor. She is also fluent in Swedish.
