Cristina’s litigation expertise includes writing complaints, settlement demand letters, mediation briefs, discovery motions, and motions in opposition to summary judgment. Cristina also participates in taking depositions, defending depositions, and arguing substantive motions in court.

Cristina is also a member of the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles (CAALA) and the Mexican American Bar Association (MABA).
