Cristina’s litigation expertise includes writing complaints, settlement demand letters, mediation briefs, discovery motions, and motions in opposition to summary judgment. Cristina also participates in taking depositions, defending depositions, and arguing substantive motions in court.

Cristina is an active member of Consumer Attorneys of California (“CAOC”) and currently serves on the CAOC Board of Directors. She also serves as the Chair of the CAOC Diversity Committee and as the Political Chair for CAOC’s Women’s Caucus. Cristina is also a member of the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles (CAALA) and the Mexican American Bar Association (MABA).
