Katelyn brings fresh energy and passion to helping her clients navigate the complex legal process. “The greatest part of this job is fighting for the underdog and helping them secure the justice they never thought was possible.” Katelyn stated.
From case investigation, pre-litigation settlement negotiations, drafting the complaint, fact discovery, preparation of experts, and motions practice to mediation, settlement or trial, Katelyn has taken control of her cases with stride .
A graduate of California Lutheran University in Thousand Oaks, California and UC Hastings College of the Law in San Francisco, Katelyn is a superior writer and oral advocate. In law school she led the UC Hastings ADR Team as a team member for her 1L and 2L years, and as President her 3L year. She was a staff editor for the Hastings Women’s Law Journal her 2L year and was elected as Co-Editor in Chief her 3L year. Katelyn was the founding president of the Consumer Attorney’s Society and was a 3L member of the Associated Students of UC Hastings.
Katelyn has worked at the Dolan Law Firm since her 1L summer, as a law clerk, post-bar clerk, and now an associate attorney. After graduating during the COVID-19 pandemic, Katelyn passed the bar exam and is licensed to practice law in the State of California.
An avid world traveler, Katelyn has traveled through most of Europe and North America, including a stint abroad at the University of Oxford’s Balliol College. She is also a fan of water sports: she has been a competitive sailor since she was 8 years old, and played water polo in high school and college. She found time during the pandemic to coach a high school water polo team while balancing her duties as an attorney.
In her free time you can find her watching her beloved NY Yankees, sailing, jetting off to Ventura for a quick weekend at home, or enjoying brunch with friends in San Francisco.
