Nancy Avila Villatoro is an associate attorney at the Redondo Beach office in Southern California. Her developing practice includes cases involving catastrophic personal injury, sexual abuse, premises liability, and wrongful death cases.
Nancy was born and raised in South Los Angeles, California. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of California, Berkeley in Social Welfare and a minor in Education. Nancy earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of San Francisco School Of Law.
During law school, Nancy undertook leadership positions as the President of the Student Bar Association, Staff Editor for the Intellectual Property and Technology Law Journal and published an article on patient data privacy concerns during the pandemic. Nancy was part of the Moot Court Program and competed in the Gender and Sexuality team. During her rising 2L summer, Nancy participated in the Intensive Advocacy Program designed after the renowned National Institute of Trial Lawyers Association (NITA) were she was exposed to different facets of litigation and did a mock bench trial and jury trial with a jury of community members.
Nancy is a member of the Latina Lawyers Bar Association, Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles (CAALA), Mexican American Bar Association, and Consumer Attorneys of California (CAOC).
Nancy is fluent in Spanish.
