
Foodborne Allergens, Harm Could Be Cause For Lawsuit

British motorcycle manufacturer Triumph has announced a recall of several of its motorcycles because of potential tire bearing problems. Triumph Motorcycles America LTD said that the wheel bearings are of an “unknown” quality and can therefore expose riders to motorcycle accidents.
A San Francisco woman was killed recently in a cycling accident in front of San Francisco’s AT&T Park. Authorities say that the bike accident happened on Saturday morning around 9:30 at the intersection of Third and King Streets. KGO-TV reports that the 48-year-old woman was hit by a cement truck. The truck driver stayed on the scene and is cooperating with authorities.
Several deadly car accidents have occurred in the San Francisco Bay Area during the past few weeks. Authorities say that at least one person was killed and three people were injured in an Oakland car accident on Monday morning. The accident happened around 11:30 a.m. at Foothill Boulevard at 36th avenue.
A woman was hospitalized after an early morning SOMA car accident according to ABC-7 San Francisco. Authorities say that the accident happened at Ninth and Brannan Streets around 6 a.m. last Tuesday. San Francisco police officer Gordon Shyy told reports that a tow truck smacked into a pickup truck at the intersection. It is unclear which driver ran the light.
