Jean Quan involved in West Oakland car accident

Oakland mayor Jean Quan was involved in a car accident on Sunday, according to the San Francisco Chronicle. Witnesses say that the mayor was on her phone at the time of the accident and ran a red light. The crash happened in West Oakland around 5:30 p.m. at the intersection of 26th and Market Streets.
