Director of Operations

As director of operations, Daniel Tavares oversees The Dolan Law Firm’s human resources, finance, marketing, and administrative functions.

He leads The Dolan Law Firm’s ongoing daily operations initiatives, including hiring and training. Daniel received his B.A. from the University of California, Davis. He also holds a master’s degree in business administration from Dominican University of California.

Daniel joined The Dolan Law Firm in 2009 as a paralegal and worked with both personal injury and employment law attorneys. In 2011, Daniel took over as office administrator and managed the Firm’s daily operations. Currently, Daniel works with the Firm’s owner and is responsible for monitoring existing processes and analyzing their effectiveness, creating strategies to improve productivity and efficiency, and managing quality assurance programs.

In his spare time Daniel enjoys, cycling, snowboarding, and traveling.
