Trial lawyers nationwide will gather in Scottsdale, Arizona, this weekend to learn from “the best trial lawyers from around the country,” including Chris Dolan. The program, entitled “Anatomy of a Person Injury Lawsuit Seminar,” is being hosted by the American Association of Justice (AAJ), the leading national trial lawyers’ association.
The seminar will explore case investigation and themes, jury selection, discovery, damages, and remedies. The speakers consist of the top U.S. trial attorneys. Mr. Dolan will address the elements of a powerful and persuasive opening statement.
The AAJ seeks to promote a fair and effective justice system. The AAJ supports the work of attorneys committed to achieving justice for individuals harmed by the misconduct or negligence of others.
Mr. Dolan been repeatedly recognized as one of top trial lawyers in California and is the recipient of the prestigious California Lawyer of the Year Award from California Lawyer magazine. A leader among trial attorneys, Mr. Dolan served as the President of the Consumer Attorneys of California. Today, he serves as the President of the San Francisco Trial Lawyers Association and is a member of the AAL’s Board of Governors.
