Co-counsel attorney Sam Fareed said,
“I reached out to Chris Dolan to join me and he officially came on board the Monday when the trial began. His involvement was a game changer as he brought incredible expertise to the table. Serving as his second chair was an honorable experience that I will cherish for the rest of my life. After a month-long trial, the verdict came in at $5M, with 10% comparative fault. The net verdict of $4.5M, factoring in case costs and interest, is estimated to be approximately $7M.”
Chris Dolan said,
“The verdict came in as I was arguing motions in limine in my new trial in Santa Rosa. Thanks to my talented right hand, Guillermo Bustillo who kept me on track, fed and with all the documents I discovered as I worked into the early morning hours. And thanks to my wife, daughter and son for graciously giving me time during Christmas, New Year and my daughter’s birthday to fight for and make a difference in my client’s lives. I love being a trial lawyer. I really love it when I am successful in educating a jury so they can render a significant, life changing, verdict.”
