Allison Stone

Allison Stone is a Managing Senior Trial Attorney at Dolan Law Firm practicing in all areas of civil litigation, with an emphasis on personal injury cases involving motor vehicle accidents, catastrophic injuries, wrongful death, premises liability, government liability, and construction accidents. Ms. Stone has had repeated successes litigating and negotiating six, seven, and eight figure settlements, earning her the trust and confidence of her clients. She has tried numerous cases serving as either first or second chair in both state and federal court, including two seven figure verdicts. Her legal work has recovered over $40 million in settlements and verdicts for her clients.

Ms. Stone has been practicing as a plaintiff’s attorney focused on personal injury since she graduated cum laude from Pepperdine Law School in May 2010, and she is committed to fighting for individuals injured due to the negligent and unlawful acts of others. Ms. Stone worked as a judicial extern for the Honorable Thomas Donovan in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court and as a law clerk at the Securities and Exchange Commission in the Los Angeles Regional Office, where she handled complex fraud and insider trading cases. While at UC Riverside, Ms. Stone played for UC Riverside’s Big West Division I Soccer team.
