    I was so glad to find this information. I live in Tennessee so the laws may or may not be the same but I am glad there are laws out there that will hold a property owner responsible for the up keep of the land. Nothing is more disgusting than driving past or living near, beside or on same street as someone who has garbage piled up every where. In Tennessee it seems the norm out in the country and it’s a shame. Old washing machines car or parts tires all laying around. Boxes of garbage from a dumpster, So thank you for the information. Very good to know.

    i have a neighbotr behind me that isnt taking care of anything in back yard. i have to look at their mess when i o think go into my backyard..

    My landlord has trash piled to the sky with old garbage she picks up along the streets old fridge stoves etc it looks like sanford and son so ill have to file against her its awful im awaiting code enforcement due to covid19 it takes a little longer
